[Bug] MySQLInstanceConfig.exe bug

Well i do not really know if i consider it as a bug but i just installed MySQL Server 5.0 (public) and installed it. Following it will be the Configuration. However, whenever i tried to do so, it comes up with the error

The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect.
Could anyone tell me how to solve it?I checked the forum and if some topics is related, its too complicated and i still could not get it fixed.
By the way i'm using Windows Vista Home Premium and i hope that once again, some experts could help me in this problems.Sorry i can't get the picture up cause there's some problem but once i get it up i'll post it.
