problem to handle the backup of ndbcluster server

Hi. I got backup data from an ndbcluster server. The data is backup by ndb_backup command and I want to restore them on a simple mysql server running on windows.
Is there any way to do that?
Or can I just use any tool to phase the data file?
Or any other way to read the data out but not restore to a ndbcluster server again, I don't have cluster server.
