I got some problem when i start my MySQL 5.5.8

hello you guys,
i had some problem when i start my MySQL 5.5.8
i just upgrade my MySQL server from 5.1(i can't remember wt 5.1 version i installed) to 5.5.8
then when i tried to start my MySQL Server
it couldn't start
i tried to use cmd to start,it just nothing happen
Who can help me to fix this problem
P.S. Sorry for my noob english...
