Add char ' as a letter to utf8 collation for FULL-Text search

I need add char ' (apostrophe) as a letter to utf8 collation to full-text search strings like "ab'cd".

I read docs (http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/fulltext-fine-tuning.html and others) but still don't know how I can do this.

For non-Unicode charsets we can do like this http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/full-text-adding-collation.html. But there is no something like utf8.xml on my /usr/share/mysql/charsets.

I can't recompile mysql on server.

How can I do this?.. Thanks.
