A worthy question. As you allude to, the documentation is not specific in terms of the number of servers monitored:

Not sure how helpful I'll be but to continue. I'd say the "Data Purge Behavior" setting is the biggest determining factor, as it configures how long MEM will store historical data. The default is 12 weeks. And the Query Analyzer number is configured separately:

And really there are a lot of factors here so it's nearly impossible to say. That said, I reckon someone else will provide more concrete information.
