Thanks for the reply. My sysadmin found a solution. Since the servers are VM clones cleanup needed to be done. Would be nice if the Monitor Server would throw an error if a Agent reports a key that is the same as one that is already listed.

cd /etc/ssh
rm -rf *key*
ssh-keygen -f /etc/ssh/ssh_host_rsa_key -N '' -t rsa
