Hi Loren,

First if you're an existing customer, please open a support request, it's easier to help you that way. It would help to see the rest of the log message including stack trace, which would be in the log file that has the "-full.log" in its name.

It sounds like you have mismatched versions of Agent and Service Manager installed, are they the same (or close to same) versions? The stack trace mentioned above, will help narrow things down though.
