MySQL services are not showing in running state in Services Manager Window

Actually, we are seeing some issues regarding the MySQL services installed as Windows Services. What we have observed is after the power outage, in service manager windows, the status for mysql services is blank, although we are able to perform all mysql related operations. If we try to start it manually, an error comes up saying something like ‘Could not start mysql services: unexpected error”. We have tried to find out the root cause by looking into the log file, but there is no clue. It is an intermittent behavior.

We also tried to look into various forums, but even there, no help is being provided.

It will be great if someone could help us in identifying the root cause
