Error No. 1064 when using sql yog enterprise synchronization wizard

Error No. 1064

You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ')' at line 10-

i get this when trying to sync to an exact same copy of mysql (v 4.0.20a-nt)

the other errors are primary keys not set but i am sorting that one.

any ideas as to what i can do to correct the err 1064?
