500 Server Error

Hi,
I've been getting this error randomly and I'm not sure what causing it:

500 Server Error
A misconfiguration on the server caused a hiccup. Check the server logs, fix the problem, then try again.
================
I'm on Linux with php 5.2.5 and mySQL 5.0
If I just hit refresh I don't have any problems.
Did anyone happen to have experienced such problem and would like to share some knowledge?
