how to handle the list index out of bounds(1)

I created a vb.net application with mysql database connection. I used two table to store the data. One table it successfully stored all the details after click the insert button.
But in another table it stored all the details but after click the insert button it shows the list index out of bounds(1) exception. How to handle the error.

Please help me to avoid this error................
