Query(need help)

Hi iam a new user of the MySql and i have one problem..

The problem is that i want to select all the fields from table by

comparing name="value" city="value" state="value" country="value" and

zip="value".but i dont know how to join all of them in one query.and its not

compulsory that all the fields value will be provided,some of them will be

provided some of them not.
like: select * from table where name="name" and state= state;//remaining is unavailable

Is there anyone who can help me to sort out the problem.
