Utilities and OS X El Capitan

Sadly there seems to be no up to date version of Utilities that will install without error on 10.11 (shame on you Oracle). But that leaves me with 2 questions:-

If you ignore the error and install anyway, do they in fact run?

Where's mysqlimport? All the information I have seen about the contents of Utilities indicates mysqlimport is NOT included. There's mysqldbimport which is quite clearly something different and NO mysqlimport. Or am I missing something there.

Since mysqlimport has a specific '-local' option, that would imply it ought to be possible to have just that on a client and surely not need an entire db server just for that one utility to import local data to a remote server. So how can I obtain mysqlimport on OS 10.11 El Capitan without the rest of the server?
