Re: mysqldbreport not showing differences

Are the tables InnoDB? Yes
Are stats up to date? Yes
Are there transactions going on? Only on remote
Have you tried running an exclusion join of one table against the other? Yes - they different.

I cloned my simple database locally and compared on the same host and got the report I expected.

Maybe the tools somehow have issues connecting to remote or computing remote stats.
