well let me explain more about what we really want to do

we have a product that is controlling on internet but for configuration of device we need to have a database in client station to send us the information but we don't want say to user that he/she must download a big database to make the device active
so we may have to give them a cd but this is not the thing we want so we need a small size database that can support the feature we really need


now I think I could explain our situation
