# rpm --verify autoconf-2.59; echo $?
....L... /usr/bin/autoconf
....L... /usr/bin/autoheader
1
so it looks fine?
as for autoconf:
# rpm -qf /usr/bin/autoconf-2.59
file /usr/bin/autoconf-2.59 is not owned by any package
As I (think I?) mentioned, if i compile from the complete source and not SVN, it goes just fine.
