Nope.
If everything would be fine a 0 was expected. The ....L... means that all tests are fine, but the readlink() check which verifies that the symlink points to the expected file.
$ ls -l /usr/bin/autoconf /usr/bin/autoheader
Reinstalling the autoconf package should fix it.
