Failed backend does not recover
Dear Group,
I have the simplest possible 0.6.0 setup:
mysql-proxy \
--proxy-backend-addresses=foo:3306
Some time over the last few days I got:
network-mysqld.c.302: connect(foo:3306) failed: No route to host
network-mysqld-proxy.c.3713: connecting to backend (foo:3306) failed, marking it as down for ...
Not big problem, after network recovered the next query woke it up:
network-mysqld-proxy.c.3610: backend foo:3306 was down for more than 10 sec, waking it up
But I can't see how to set the parameter to tell Proxy try again, and fill in the missing ...? As well as this, I want to know more about this sleep time, and how it effects connections? How to tune the optimum HA ability? But I can't see much in the documentation...
Thanks in advance for any information,
Regards,
Ben
