MySQL-Proxy 0.6.1 crashes ith file sql-tokenizer.l: ect..

We are running MySQL-Proxy in one of our community websites but the Proxy seems to be crashing over and over with the following error:

file sql-tokenizer.l: line 411 (sql_token_append_last_token): assertion failed: (tokens->len > 0)

I dunno why this happens and/or with what query this happens. Any idea how to debug this? Or resolve this problem?
