first

wget http://apt.sw.be/redhat/el5/en/x86_64/rpmforge/RPMS/compat-libevent-11a-3.2.1-1.el5.rf.x86_64.rpm
rpm -ivh compat-libevent-11a-3.2.1-1.el5.rf.x86_64.rpm

then install mysql-proxy
