mysql pseudo-die?

mysql-proxy config with 1 master and 2 slave(16 cpu and 16g memory)
i use mysqlslap test it
like this
mysqlslap -utest -p123456 -P4040 --create-schema=proxytest -c100 --number-of-queries=100000 -qg:/query.sql
then mysqlslap will not end ,and use mysql client connect to mysql-proxy,it timeout
i find mysql-proxy process is exists
--number-of-queries is important ,if it less then 100000,proxy is ok
and proxy debug is no error
how can i do
