Hmmm... the thing is, the user as created is 'foo'@'%' (We handle host security at the firewall level).
Also when I log in directly on either host, it takes like 2 seconds to come back, and the proxy login is rejected instantly.
The proxy is right on each client host, and is used only for failover, btw.
This ring any other bells?
