VMware hosting

Hi all,
I've got a dedicated server running mysql on centos that I've had for a couple of years now. The performance is not brilliant and I'd like to bring the solution more up to date with some cloud hosting. I'm quite happy to run my application server in the cloud but am concerned about performance on the mysql box. I've been looking at a hosted VMware option - would anyone here care to share their experiences with VMware?

The company I'm looking at is stratogen http://www.stratogen.net/products/vmware-hosting.html
Does this look any good?

Thanks in advance for your replies.

Pete.
