Hi,

Kinda new to kubernetes and wasn't aware "kubectl logs <pod>" didn't contain logs for all containers... After some googling I managed to find the relevant logs.

I got a "Fatal glibc error: CPU does not support x86-64-v2" from the failing container. After changing the CPU type of the VMs the SQL cluster was able to start.
