Error when importing DB created by Workbench

I found this product to be very useful... I created a multi-table database and mapped it all out in only a couple of hours. The ERR feature is very useful.

But I have a problem. I saved my db (using Forward Engineer SQL Create), so far, so good.

Then I used phpMyAdmin to IMPORT it. I get an error message which seems to always be around the CONSTRAINTS or FOREIGN KEY lines.

I've read for the past FOUR hours everything that I could, but the InnoBB descriptions aren't clearing it up for me.

So my question is:
1) is there a bug in WB that is sending out bad code
2) is there an update in syntax that WB is using and MySQL 5.0.45 can't digest
3) do I need to change the way I"m adding Foreign Keys in my design?

Thanks. This is soooo close to being a fantasic product.
