Standard inserts via query

I would like to attach sql code or a sql script to a table in Mysql Workbench. I have to insert about 300 rows to a table after creation (a table with countries). In DB Designer it was possible to attach sql code to a table.
In Mysql Workbench I can only add rows via the 'Standard Inserts' tool available via the Insert tab for each table. Is there another way to add the insert statements to a table in the model (or perhaps to the model itself)?

I am using the latest version of Mysql Workbench 5.0.21
