How To Restore: Pictorial presentation when you open MySQL Workbench

Hello,

I have installed MySQl OSS - v5.1.18 on Window7. When I open MySQL workbench - I no longer see the Pictorial presentation of MySQL Workbench. It's the screen with "Welcome to MySQL Workbench" - you also the Dolphin emblem - "What's New in This Release?", etc.

I no longer see the Pictorial Prsentqtion screen - my session goes directly into workbench/. What have I done wrong or deleted? How do I restore the Pictorial presentation.

Currently when I open MySQL Workbench I go directly to the panel with the following tabs - Table, Views, etc.

Please help.
