Cannot install - error
I am trying to install Workbench on a Windows 7 64-bit laptop, and am getting the following error:
The program can't start because MSVCR100.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
Well, I found online that this error could be due to this file being in the System32 directory and not in the SysWOW64 directory, so I copied the file over to the SysWOW64 directory. Then, when attempting to repair or reinstall Workbench, I started getting a different error:
The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application.
If I remove the MSVCR100.dll from the SysWOW64 directory, I go back to the original error when I attempt to reinstall.
Suggestions?
