Access denied for user 'Tanya'@'laptop-pc.home.gateway/'

Hello,

Just starting out in MySQL. I'm using the latest community server install and MySQL Workbench. My Server runs Windows 2008 R2 and Coldfusion 9.02 and IIS.

I'm developing a website for a local basketball club.

From my desktop PC I have a working connection. But I cannot connect from my laptop.

select user,host from mysql.user returns
Tanya, %

I can connect to the website in question and I can access the database to query, add, update and delete data, I just can't get Workbench to create a working connection so I can maintain the schema.

Please go easy on me. I'm new to this stuff and trying to learn.

Any help is greatly appreciated
