Management Configuration file

I know I am going to feel stupid, but after 6-7 years of using MySQL Workbench
I still do not know how to move to the configuration file I am actually using. In Workbench/Management/Options File. When I go to that it always goes to a version I haven't had for a while or wants to create a new one. In my case it is trying to work with C:\ProgramData\MySQL\MySql Server 5.5\my.ini, when my server is actually starting with D:\Mysql57\my.ini. ( the whole installation is in there )

It is a pain because to make changes to the configuration file I have to do so by hand instead of using the nifty screen in Workbench. So if someone could point me to the area where I can change that..Please?

As a suggestion, it would be nice to to be able to change the file location/name right there at the bottom of that screen where the file path/name is displayed.
