Code completion keyboard activation not working

In Mac > MySQL Workbench > Preferences > SQL Editor > Query Editor, I have "Enable Code Completion in Editors" enabled, and I disabled "Automatically Start Code Completion" because the pop-up got in the way when I didn't want it to too many times, but the keyboard activation isn't working...

This page - https://dev.mysql.com/doc/workbench/en/wb-keys.html - says to use "Modifier+Space" for "Auto-Complete SQL" (in Context "SQL Editor"), which it says is Command for Modifier, but that doesn't work... it does say it's in the Edit menu though, which says is called "Auto complete" but with shortcut ⌘⎋ (Command+Esc)...

And I'm not seeing how to change the keyboard shortcut to something easier (like Command+Space, like other editors).
