MySQL Workbench: How do I sudo su -root with "tcp/ip over ssh?"

With the connection method, "Standard TCP/IP over SSH," I have my SSH username set as username28. Because I disabled the ability to log straight into root, I need to switch into the root account via the Centos 7 command, "sudo su -"

How can I do this with MySQL Workbench?
