Does the Workbench vault have a master password?

I just installed 8.0 on Windows 10 and was able to create connections and save ssh key and database user passwords to the vault. I had expected there to be a master password that I would set to unlock the vault, but I don't see a place to set one. Now my connections are available without a password even after restarting Windows.

Am I missing some option to create a master password? It looks like the answer is no based on the documentation here: https://dev.mysql.com/doc/workbench/en/wb-mysql-connections-vault.html. If I want to remove my connections it sounds like I have to delete "C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\MySQL\Workbench\connections.xml", is that correct?

Thanks.
