MySQL Workbench - Remote management capabilities are currently unavailable

Hello Forum

For the topic, both Servers are Windows Servers.

I am trying to get MySQL Enterprise working in order to resolve backup issues.

I have therefore set up a new Server and installed the necessary Tools, I have then set up a connection in MySQL Workbench with the root credentials (remote Server does allow root access from other Servers).

Under the "System Profile" tab for the connection there is a custom "Installation Type" set up.

I can connect to the Server but when I try to perform a management task I get the error "Could not acquire management access for administration"
