Performance: The graph y-axis for 'SQL Statements Executed' is not scaling. Lines are all over the place!

While looking at the performance schema tab, the "SQL Statements Executed" graph in the center is not scaling the y-axis. It's fixed at 100, but our application is making 1000s of SELECTs per second. This results in a graph line that goes far outside the boundary.
