I've reported a bug about this, but since it's not verified it leads to me thinking that I'm doing something wrong compared to everyone else.
Is it, in the current version, possible to create a new ER model and save it? I'm unable to do it wondering if I should go about it in a different way (write the schema by hand or with DBdesigner 4 or some other way) so that I could get to actually testing the program? My issue is, as I wrote a bug, that the file could not be saved on Windows XP home edition, SP2 therefore everything created is lost when the program is closed.
Any insights appreciated, I can't wait to get to actually using the program - I've been waiting for something like this for quite a while!
