Please note that Model -> Relationship Notation -> Connect to Columns is only available in MySQL Workbench Standard Edition.
I am personally not using this type of notation because for me it is only important to see which tables relate to each other - and I use standard naming for the Foreign Key columns like idcustomer, idorder.
But as some people really like this notation, we added it to the Standard Edition.
