Thanks, though I'm not sure what to file.
I did manage to somehow fix it. What I did was delete almost every single foreign key that was giving me problems and recreated them. Now the errors disappeared.
There was one duplicate table in the same schema though with the same name "UserTable" and "UserTable" which threw me off, but I still am not sure what happened with the drop/inserts/alter for those fk.
