Connect to database on network Table 'information_schema.schemata' doesn't exist

when i want to connect the tool to the database who is in an computer of the network,
i have a error
Opening connection.
OK

Fetching schemata list.
Table 'information_schema.schemata' doesn't exist
Failed to load schemata.
i don't understand what's means this error,
when i do it in localhost, it's works correctly
