Workbench SE does NOT handle cross-db foreign key references?

it is useful (for many reasons, for example back-up policy) to have different DataBases (Schema?) running under the same engine. They also could be designed to host tables related to different business categories.
MySql, of course, let me able to define cross-db (cross-schema) foreign-key references.

Does Workbench handle cross-db (cross-schema) FK reference?
