Hmm. There seems to be something completley "fishy" here. Because I don't have a "Properties" tab in the lower right corner! ;-)

Did you mean _after_ right-clicking the table in the EER diagram and selecting "Edit table"? Aftwerwards there is a "edit table" pane in the lower screen area with the following tabs: "Table, Columns, Indexes, Foreign keys, Triggers, Partitioning, Options and Inserts"!
Under "Options" there are no colours...
