Is there a site or form where I can submit feature enhancement requests? I think if no one has an answer to how this can be done, I would submit a request for it.

It would also be nice to opt out of having the setting of global variables printed at the beginning and end of the script:
SET @OLD_UNIQUE_CHECKS=@@UNIQUE_CHECKS, UNIQUE_CHECKS=0;
SET @OLD_FOREIGN_KEY_CHECKS=@@FOREIGN_KEY_CHECKS, FOREIGN_KEY_CHECKS=0;
SET @OLD_SQL_MODE=@@SQL_MODE, SQL_MODE='TRADITIONAL';

Finally...does anyone know if there's a command-line interface to the GUI? It could be nice to have a script to synchronize a schema with multiple machines....
