Hi,
We prioritize and fix *reproducible* bugs that are filed at:
http://bugs.mysql.com/
So, if you want your bugs fixed, you need to contribute reproducible bugs.
In the meantime, we are fixing reproducible bugs that others have filed. Don't assume that others have filed your bugs.
And, if you have a particular bug you are interested in, then you can check its status at:
http://bugs.mysql.com/
There is no point in being frustrated. The good news with open source is you can take the source and patch it yourself. The GPL license gives you this right.
And, finally, there are multiple products out there to choose from. Some folks like MySQL Workbench. Some folks like other products. Choice is good. Choose one that meets your requirements.
