Hey Pierre,

currently these settings are unconditionally written to the output, in order to have a definite state we can rely upon when writing the rest of the sql. As a quick fix you could comment out the lines setting the sql_mode variable. If you think making this output optional then please file a feature request in our bug database at http://bugs.mysql.com and we will take care.
