Hey Richard,

you can do this in two ways:

1) Open the table editor of the referencing table (e.g. double click the table), go to the foreign key section and remove the foreign key there, or

2) (if you have a diagram with the participating tables on it) open that diagram, select the connection that represents the foreign key and press ctrl+del (command+del on the Mac) to remove it. It should ask you if you also want to remove the physical object (here the foreign key) too.
