Workbench create database

Hi, 1st post; just getting started: I've installed Workbench and connected to the mySQL server. Bear with me while I get up to speed...

I can see databases called test, mysql and information_schema. I want to create my own database called EatDB and start populating it with tables and relationships. Can I do that graphically with the tool? Or is it SQL statements, I mean, to create 'EatDB', the database object? I can't see a way to create a database.

Off to brush up on my SQL (it's been a while) ...

:-)
