Need data model example for website pages with child pages and sub navigation

Hi, I'm a newbie when it comes to database design. My instructors seem to have skipped over those chapters in school. I'm looking for some examples of data models for websites. My issue is that I have 10 main pages in the site I'm creating. 3 of the pages are going to have a tabbed-panel kind of layout with their own sub-navigation. I'm having trouble thinking of how I need to structure tables to hold content for the normal pages and the tables that are going to hold content for the pages with the tabbed panels. I could benefit from seeing an example data model that describes site's pages, the content for the pages, etc.
