Thanks for your answer, I indeed meant moving endpoints graphically. I did some more research and found the following feature request for this:

http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=51505

I hope this gets implemented soon, it would be a very nice feature to have, especially when EER diagrams get more complex. Oh, well, I'll be patient :)
