Populating foreign keys

Hi, I've just downloaded mySQL and this Workbench program for Windows. I'm curious if it's possible to populate foreign keys automatically with a dropdown list of some kind. See, I'm used to working with MS Access so I'm having some transition issues at the moment. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
