Re: Cannot connect from localhost, but can connect from other machine

Hello again.

Yes, I can connect to the server admin section and editing user accounts etc. But I cannot get into the sql editor section. I have deleted all the connections several times, and created new one for different users. No connections from my stationary computer (that hosts the db server) can log into the sql editor section. But from my laptop there are no problems. And still I get access to the db from my Netbeans java program and from my JSF web application. This connection uses the same user account that is blocked from Workbench sql editor section. All user accounts I register have no problems logging in to the db from my Java applications, but all fail from inside Workbench on localhost.
